For healthy weight loss, one should include functional training with daily workout. Try to spare your time for at least 15-20 min a day for cardio workout. With this, include a diet according to your body requirement, concentrating basically on the complex carbs, proteins, fibre & lots of water. For a healthy lifestyle, a proper workout with a balanced diet and proper sleep is a must.
