Mass gain

sir my age is 23 my weight is very low its 43kg only and my height is 5'6 plz give me some advise to gain same weight and mass i am doing gym also

Primary focus on diet! Secondary focus should be on training and lastly a good mass gainer. Keep a track of your daily calorie intake and eat accordingly!

Hi Sumit,

As per your hight your weight shoud be around 65kg. So you are approx 20-22kg under weight. Your daily calorie intake should be around 2400kcal. Take 5-6 times meals in a day.

Take MuscleBlaze Mass Gainer XXL (2 Scoop early in the morning with water/ skimmed milk, 2 scoop 1hr before workout with water/ skimmed milk, 2 scoop posr workout with water).
