Mass gaining

My current weight is 58 and age is 17 and height is 5.11 inch and want to gain weight and muscle too I m skinny Guy plzz suggest me should I use gainer or not

Just eat a lot of food. At least 2800-3000 calories daily. In that have at least 130gm of protein, at least 560-600 calories should be carbs. Just eat hard and train hard. Go to the gym at least 6 days a week.
