Muscle build stack

I want affordable muscle build stack . How and when to consume each suppliment.

Pushpak,

Below is a beginner's stack:

1. Whey protein- Consume one scoop first thing in morning and one scoop directly after workout

2. BCAA- Have 1 scoop during your workout

3. Multivitamin- Have allocated tablets first thing in the morning

4. Glutamine (Optional)- Have 1 scoop after your workout
