Muscle building ke liye koi achchha protein suggest kare.

sir meri age 27 hai or mai 2yrs. se  gym kar raha hu.pls mujhe konsa protein lena chahiye. pls suggest me .

Ideally you should consume 1 pound of protein per kg of your bodyweight. So for eg: If you are 80kg then 80g of protein. This can come from various food sources like chicken, eggs and whey protein.
