You can do the two body part workout if you are at advance stage but  you also need to have good protein intake which is 1.5-1.8 gm per kg IBW . Never overtrain the body.You also need to have supplementy like glutamine and bcaa which helps in  faster muscle recovery along with the whey protein supplement.
