Muscle gain diet plan?

Sir i want to knw wat toh eat and when to eat so dat i can gain muscle without gainng fat . I hv been doing gym frm last 2 yrs bt nt gained so much muscle.

This is because your diet does not have enough protein in it. Aim for at least 1g per pound of lean body mass. Get 6-7 meals in a day and eat 300 calories above your maintainance.
