Muscle gain

I am 38 yrs. 5'5" height 61 kg weight. I do workout 5 days a week in gym. I take Muscle blaze xxl daily. I take 10 almonds, 10 cashew, 4-6 egg whites daily. I want to bulk my Muscle, pls advise.

For gaining muscles, you need to take whey protein instead of mass gainer as gainer will also increase your fat. Add foods like- peanut butter, 8-10 boiled egg whites, boiled chicken or fish, brown rice, multigrain bread, chapatti etc, every 2-3 hours. You should take 1 Scoop of any good quality whey protein (Say- Muscle Tech/ Muscle Blaze etc) twice a day, after workout in water and second time in milk or shake.
