Muscle was not tight after workout,why??

Dear Sir, Now a days im facing problem about my muscles that during or after workout my muscle is not pump/tight as usual occur with my friends & others, is there any problem of any kind is this. Kindly suggest how to maximize my muscle groeth, with heavy weight or lighter weight?? i m doing workout from 1 year.

The pump is basically your lood being rushed into the muscles and that's what causes the swelling in the muscles. What you must understand that this will always be temporary. It can't be permanent. Continue to train heavy.
