Muscleblaze creatine

Hi sir I am 19 yrs old and I am taking muscle blaze creatine since 2 months I got not a good result tht I hope. Frm it sir can u tell what is a better time take creatine and how much in a day

Hi..

As you are taking creatine and results vary from person to person. You can consume creatine either post workout or pre workout. You can take creatine 3 gm  30 min before workout with juice or glucose powder or any other non alchoholic beverage as dextrose helps in absorption of creatine.And rest 2- 3 gm you can take post workout  with protein.
