My 5 years girl playing karate but last few months she was feeling weak and very slow activity. plz some advice me.

Hi,

Diet is an important part of any sport. If she is feeling weak due to exhaustion during the sport, then you can give her banana and a glass of juice 45 min -1 hr before the sport. Give her 5-6 small energy dense meals throughout the day to maintain her energy levels like custard, shakes, smoothies, nuts, sago kheer along with the normal course. 

At this age, the child has special nutritional needs so a balanced diet is very important, whole grain cereals in the form of porridge, green vegetables, fruits, pulses, milk and milk products, and eggs for protein sources are recommended.
