My age is 21 and my weight is 71 kg . i am doing gym from 1 year bt don't get a good result due to fats in my body

Pls mention your height as well. If you are doing workouts from past one year and not getting results, there are chances that you might be doing wrong in your diet part. If your goal is weight loss then you can start with calorie defict diet, followed by workout. Include whole grains, whole pulses, fiber, fresh vegetables in your diet. You can include whey isolate post workout.
