My age is 27 and my weight is 84 kg so i want to loose my weight so plz suggest prefered work out and proper supplement and when supplement can be eat ????

Hi Ritesh,

You did't mentioned your height. Your diet should be very controlled. Do compound movement exercises and then do 15-20 minutes cardio. Use whey isolate protein post workout with water and a scoop in the evening with water. Garcinia Cambogia 1 caps before each major meal( breakfast, lunch, dinner). Green tea will also help you to boost metabolism.
