My chest not build what can i do??

My chest size 36 body fat 15%

Chest size depends upon your frame to a certain extent, and your workout if you have a small frame then do certain workouts like Barbell bench press, incline dumbell press, flat dumbell fly, push up, decline bench press,  at least 3-4sets with 10,12,14,16 reps.

Alopng with this follow a high protein diet.
