My height is 179cm and weight 70.i am having flat chest i want to grow my chest and other muscles .give me direction

In order to get chest muscles grow, one need to train chest with all the angles( flat/incline/decline) and stick to basic mass building exercises and free weights.

Focus more on progressive resistance training, barbell bench presses, dumbell bench preses, isolation exercise like dumbell flyes will help you. Try to perform 4sets each exercise and 8-12 reps with moderate to heavy resistance.
