My height is 6ft and weight is 72 kgs am not getting results as expected weight remains the same from last 3 months i want to build muscle and size with flat belly what should i take mass gainer or whey ?and diet of how many calories ? plz help me out

  As you mentioned that you were not getting any results regarding muscle mass gain it shows that you have not increased your caloric intake so to increase weight/muscle mass you have to increase at least 500 to 700 calories per day. Your protein ( diet + supplements ) intake should be 145 -150 grams per day. In my view, the best choice for you would be a mass-gainer. .
