My height is 6ft but my weight is 52 kilos. how to gain my weight

Hi Kasinath, as per your height your ideal body weight would be around 82-85 kg. To gain weight as well as muscles, you need to take a good mass gainer, do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take frequent meals having high complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (Like- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).
