My question is,if protein powder is only helpful for my muscles?

Hi

For muscle building, protein is definitely an essential nutrient as amino acids are building block of muscles.

So to fulfill protein requirement protein supplementaion and a good high protein diet is required. Include lean chicken, egg whites, grilled fish, beans and complex carbohydrates in your diet.
