my skin tone is very thick though i workout alot bt still i m not able to loose skin fat and my muscles dosent come out because of that wat shud i do to reduce fat

You should add CLA (3g in a day), BCAA (10-15 grm in a day) & OMEGA 3 (300 - 400 mg of EPA & DHA in a day) in your supplement stack for better results.
