My tummy akin is very looae after weight loss how should i tone it

To tighten your tummy after weight loss, you need to stop cardio first and start doing resistance training to build your muscle mass. Focus on multi joints major muscle activities like squats , deadlifts , bench press , clean n press , rowing etc.. in combination with high protein, moderate carbs and low fat diet.
