My weight is 85kg .taking animal cuts

Hi my weight is 85kg ,i have been working out from six 4 months ,i am taking animal cuts , suggest me whether i should go with protein or i shall continue animal cuts only.

Hi,

You did't mention your height or expected weight. Anyway Animal cut is very good Thermogenic Fat Burner but i will suggest you to please take protein as well. Because  if you will not take it then you will loose muscles as well. You have to loose Fat not muscle so take whey isolate protein post workout with water.
