My weight is 86 and i want to lose fast tell me what i do

Pls provide your complete credentials. To lose weight set a target of kgs to want to reduce and accordingly define the calories requirement. You can go for calorie deficite plan along with workout. 

In diet choose lots of green leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals, lean chicken, egg whites.Include some seeds like flaxseed and sources of fibre like bran.

Do HIIT cardio after your strength training for brtter results.  Maintaing muscle mass is very important in weight loss regime. In supplements you can go for whey isolate post workout, any mild fat burner pre workout as per your requirement
