home made supplements or natural things for gaining and strenght muscle mass. And best natural preworkout for hard training?

 All these supplements are derived from food itself. And if you are aiming for muscular physique then natural diet that you are consuming is not enough because you cannot get that high protein from it. When you workout the protein intake of the body increases from 1.5-1.8 g/kg IBW.A good combination of diet and supplement along with good workout helps you in good gains.
