Need a perfect body

Hi, I am 25years old. My height is 5.6 and weight is 60, I have ordered ON's serious mass and along with i am taking creatine for building muscles. I want to know if this is better combination to achieve my fitness goal or I need to add anything else to it. And what should I eat before and after gym to ensure it helps in my body growth and good muscle building. Thankyou

Avtar, you are having a good supplement stack your dosages should be:

Serious mass:2 scoop in a day ( 1 after workout with water only & 1/2 scoop with banana shake in mid morning also take another 1/2 part of scoop with banana shake or milk in evening)

Creatine: add 5-10 grm of creatine with you post workout scoop supplemsnt and have it with water only.

Pre-workout you can have a coffee shot or you can have oat meal or any complex carb food before 1 hr of workout.
