Need diet chart

im pure vegeterian and don`t take any type of supplyment. so i want to know that what should best for pre\post workout food. im not asking about supplyment asking about foods best for pre\post workout

Preworkout have oatmeal and postworkout have whey protein with almonds. I don't characterize whey as a supplement because it comes from cheese and is thus a food source.
