Need personal excercise schedule with diet chart (veg) for lean body

I want model like body, as if Tiger Shroff, John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan etc. I've been doing intense and hard-core workout from last 10 years and at present my body is like comparable to power lifters, a bit bulky you can say with muscles and strength but not clear. pls guide
