Need to know to workout plan and vegetarian diet for evening shift employee

Hi, I am Swapnil working in evening shift ( 5 pm to 2 am). I am vegetarian by diet and eat eggs as well. Looking for building musle and burning fat, hence need a workout plan and diet plan along with cardio routine

Swapnil,

NO MATTER at what time you workout just follow proper diet and do you workout minimum 5 days in a week
