Need to lose my

At present my weight is 74 Kgs. Iwould likr to reduce my weight to 64 kgs. Every day i walk for 60 mts and my age is 46. kindly advice.     Abi 9656603352

Hi,

Start doing the walk/running  first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then post that have some oatmeal with protein like eggs and chicken. Have less roti and do more exercise.
