Night shift workout schedule

I am doing night shift. ,What time would be perfect to do exercise evening or morning?, ,Kindly suggest me whey protein as well ,Height: 6 feet ,Weight: 70kg ,Note: my shift timing is 6 pm to 5 am

I think evening time is the best time according to your case
