No gaining

From last one and half year regular workout bt no gaining

Sachin,

That's because your protein or diet isn't high in calories. Increase that with mass gainer.

Sachin,

You should take 6 rich protein diet in a whole day beacuse you need proper protein according to your weight for best results.you should cut down you simple carbs, simple sugar, saturated fat from your diet and take Whey Isolate and BCAA as your supplement stack, it will be really beneficial for your muscle growth.
