Not able to build muscle from last 3 months

I m working out from last 3 months..4 to 5 days per week. in the first month i gained some 1.5 kg from then i m gaining very slowly like 300 gm per month. Even my stomach has come out a bit. my biceps only have improved .not much improvement on chest and shoulder. My diet includes 2 scoops of muscle blaze in morning .. 500 ltr milk with four brown bread with peanut butter..then lunch..ocassioanlly one glass mix fruit juice in evening anf then 4 eggs in post evening then dinner and one glass milk.. what should i do..i do workout in morning.i feel very dull not active while going to gym..first month only i felt energetic.
