Not gaining mass or muscle

Hello sir.! i am sagar 24 age H- 5'9 W-61 i am working from 1 years and following full diet but not change in my body....which supplement should i follow and what should my diet sir .??i what lean body

Hi Sagar, as per your height your ideal body weight would be around 70- 75 kg. According to what you have mentioned, you want a fit and good looking body. For that you need to do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take frequent meals that consist of high complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (Like- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).

Regarding supplements there are two options for you.

1. If you do not want to gain weight at all, then you need to take 100% whey protein from a good brand. It will help you in gaining lean muscles.

2. If you want little gain in your body size (not a very bulky body), then you need to take blend protein from a good brand. It will help you in gaining muscle as well as will gradually increase little weight.
