Hi Arun, for gaining muscles you need to do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take an adequate calorie, moderate complex carbohydrate and high protein diet. Take frequent meals that consist of foods like Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans. Add a good whey protein supplement in order to meet your increased protein requirement.
