Not loosing weight

I am doing cardio right now 5 kms of running and maintaining diet properly but not loosing any weight

That's because you need to start weight training. You've got negligible muscle mass so the body is clinging onto stubborn fat. I would advise you to start weight training at least 3-4 days a week.
