On 1000 caps bcaa has just 1g per serving, so should i just crank up the dosage?

As mentioned in the container, it says to take max 3 servings a day. But that is just 3g bcaa which is not enough. To have atleast 5-8g bcaa pre and post workout, i ll have to take 10 caps before and after, is that okay?

So divide it up: Have 2.5g intra-workout (between your workout) and 2.5g post workout.
