You should take BCAA intra workout whilst you are weight training. It will help in the preservation of muscle.

Fat burner can be taken on waking up in an empty stomach and pre workout can be taken 30 mins before a workout.

Go to a physiotherapist or a chiropractor. He will suggest you the exercises for mobility. After those are done, do one body part per day body training.

R you sure that fat burner should to take 30 minutes before workout, I have asked that because in fat burner container has written that to take the tablet before meal 3 times in a day. Sir, I just confused, please help me out of this

Thanks for your help and advice Arun. I'll be dropping my protein from 171 to 141 from Monday. Carbs will be up from 200 to 234. Fat remains the same at 56. Could you /would you advise this? Just want your approval before I commit. Thanks bro. God bless and keep up the great work.

You can't target the fat in one area since there is no such thing as spot training. Start with your diet to lose fat overall. You can also add some HIIT cardio to increase fat loss.

Train two muscles in a day. One big and one small for example back and biceps. I would recommend Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey.

Focus on your diet. Add pulses, legumes, dairy, Soy, dry fruits in your diet first. You can use whey protein, casein, fish oil/flax seed oil and creatine for now.

They can be used for both fat loss/Muscle gain. Multivitamins can be taken after a meal or before a workout. Fish oils must be consumed only after a meal.
