Sir, I am 25 years old and I take part in bodybuilding competition regularly and I don't use steroid. rite now I have 12-13% body fat, That's why I want to reduce the extra fat for getting my abs more prominent. So I have bought a Muscleblaze fat burner for reduce the extra fat, but I didn't got any ideas how & when to take this fat burner. Please you say that how & when should to to take this. And one more thing... I also have bought Muscleblaze Fish OIL, and I didn't understood how to take this. It will be better if you please suggest to taking process of it. And I want to know that is it good to taking both of fish oil & fat burner at a same time? And is it good to taking fish oil at the bodybuilding competition time or fat reducing time?

Take fish oil after your meals or anytime in the day that is convenient to you. Fat burners will only work when you are in a caloric deficit. Yes, fish oil can be used all the way upto competition.

Can we consume alcohol when we are taking whey protein or any other supplements. Does supplements and alcohol makes any side effect??

I recommend not consuming any alcohol. :) As such there are no side effects of alcohol and supplements however, alcohol is a diuretic and it makes you lose water. Losing water can be detrimental for muscle recovery.

Hello sir, you didnt answer my question so ill have to repost again. I wanted to know is phosphatidic acid really effective in muscle growth or increasing strength like creatine!?? Also can i safely consume davisco whey protein 4 scoops a day?? Along with a healthy diet? I'm 5'9" and weight 74kgs

Hi Sir. My total calories, On high carb days - 1662 calories, mod carb - 1387 calories, low carb - 1129 calories. I follow 6 days workout followed by 1 rest day, 3 days HIIT. 2 high carb days, 2 mod carb days and 2 low carb days. Could u pls let me know why i am not able to drop my fat% My height is 5.9 and weight 80kgs.

The need for instant carbs post workout have been underlined by all the fitness experts. But the debate stands over the type of simple carbs one need for quick recovery. Is it dextrose or fructose ? What is the best source of carbs and their natural sources to include in post workout for best recovery ??

I personally just consume a few pieces of prunes post workout. How much carbs and which type of carbs you want to add in your postworkout shake depends on your goals.

Not necessary to take supplements but supplements help with reaching your goals a little faster. No side effects of quitting gym except boredom ;)

Do multiple sets of pull ups. At first you will struggle but your pull up strength and reps will eventually rise.

There is some research to prove that PA helps in increasing strength but not sure if it is better than creatine. You can consume any whey isolate/concentrate once or twice a day preferably post workout and on waking up. Eat a balanced diet.

Try 1gm to 1.5gms of protein per pound of body weight. 2gms of carbs per pound of body weight and 0.5 gms of fat per pound of body weight.
