Try to hit all body parts at least once/twice a week. Use whey protein, creatine, fish oils and a good multivitamin.

My trainer is telling don't take protein immediate after work it will not give you a proper output, protein will consume first in recovery after workout a i take vitamin tablet with glucon d than take a reset for 15 min after word i take shake and another protein is it right or i have to change habit ? give me a tips for power bodybuilding in way diet and workout

Just take protein after your workout. No need for glucon d or any sugars.

Hello Arun....just saw ur video and I must say you are going great....I am on n off into gym from last 1-2 years but now getting regular about my workouts...I just started off 4 months bk and took Muscleblaze gainer 9lb which i was taking 1 scoop after workout but it hasn't given me gud results...I am 5'9 inches wid 70 kg....I want to gain some solid muscles and want atleast 7-8 kgs in one year......My gym trainer has recommended to 2 supplemnts....1st is Iso mass extreme gainer and Arnold Whey protein (both to be taken twice a day)...My question is - Is is correct to take both these supplements twice a day ? Or should I only tk 1 supplemnts ? And if yes which one shuld it be...pls provide ur valuable advice.....Lalit

Thanks a lot for your appreciation. I suggest sticking to a good diet and a postworkout whey shake. That's all. You don't need anything else for now.

Sir I am slightly overweight..n while usile gaining muscle using supplements it adds to my health which makes me look fat n odd..sud I loose all my fat first and den focus on muscle gain??

Yes. You can either build muscle or lose fat. Both can't be done at the same time.

sir I recently purchased ON serious mass .. But it 9 days gone i am dont getting something gain really... I take it two times a day with half scoop which i got with it in morning and half before bed... I also do workout after that i eat 4 eggs daily .. How should i take it for better result My height is 5'6" weight 55kg age 21

Yes, it may cause an increase in water weight since creatine causes water retention.

Spot reduction of fat is just not possible. Ensure you are in a caloric deficit and once you start losing weight, then start using fat burners.

My height is almost 6 feet my weight is around 85 with creatine intake. now I'm unable to lose any more fat around my obliques and lower abdominal section. what can I do ? I take caffiene fat burners , fish oil , creatine , On casein , On whey , multivitamin my age is 21.

Hi Sir could pls help me out with the query. Do you use any digestive enzymes or anything to make sure everything you eat is absorbed. I am an endormorph and i have been bulking past 1 year. now i started doing carb cycling, yet i am not seeing much decrease in fat%. I feel that everything i eat is not being absorbed in the body. My weight is 80kgs, fat % is 22%. I take Protein - 180gm, carbs (high/med/low) - 160/100/50 and fats 37gm. I do HIIT for 30min, 3 days a week. Pls let me know where i have gone wrong.

What are your total calories. It should be below maintenance for you too loose weight.

On high carb days - 1662 calories, mod carb - 1387 calories, low carb - 1129 calories. I follow 6 days workout followed by 1 rest day, 3 days HIIT. 2 high carb days, 2 mod carb days and 2 low carb days.
