I have seen the suggestion serving of creatine (Ultimate Nutrition) to take 5mg preferably in empty stomach. Do carbs are not required to be taken with creatine to have better benefits?

Yes they are. Take it post workout with creatine.

How to fill the gap at distal end of biceps? When I contract my biceps they create a gap at distal end and biceps doesnt look fuller. Plz suggest

The distal end is the result of your genetics. You can't increase or decrease the length of it. However you can make them look fuller by trying preacher curls and/or spyder curls.

Hi, i am a 5'7" male with an ectomorph body type (skinny fat to be precise). i weigh 65.5kg currently. After working out for a year, and controlling my diet, i have been able to reduce my body fat percentage considerably. Abs are visible. However, i am lacking behind on muscle mass and bone density. People who lift less heavier weights than me are far more muscular. i understand that i'm skinny, hence i will never look like them. But still, is there any chance to look a little more muscular? if yes, can you suggest some tips. Reference information: I am a vegetarian. i consume 80-100gms of protein daily. And i consulted a trainer. He said that the form of my exercises is fine. Thanking you in advance.

Where do you get your protein from? And start documenting your training so that you increase the weights you lift progressively.

I get my primary protein from a Whey supplement, whole milk, paneer and pulses. As far as documenting my training is concerned, i have somehow reached a plateau right now. i am not able to lift heavier weights in the right form. But prior to that, my strength improved progressively.

You can use these supplements together but do remember to time them correctly. Preworkout before your workout, fish oil anytime during the day, and protein in the morning and after your workout.

Currently I am taking 3 fish oil capsules a day should I keep consuming this much or should I lower it down and at what time I should take fat burner and in what quantity

what main ingredients i have to look for in a best preworkout and for how much amount each element should be ? PS I have tried many preworkouts but didnt get the satisfaction.

I personally like pre workouts which has high amounts of vaso dilators (at least 1-2gms), 3gm of mixed blend creatines and stimulants from natural sources. Also ingredients like Beta Alanine and Agmantine are a bonus.

Do your compulsory body building poses everyday after your workout, natural sun tan after applying olive oil and maintaining good skin health. Also do a re-feed once a week to keep your muscles pumped with glycogen.

After a regular and regimented diet and workout plan. Visible changes only come about after 3-6 months of training and solid nutrition.

Take a balanced diet which has lean protein sources (Eggs, chicken, tofu), unsaturated fats (Walnuts, Almonds, chia seeds) and hypoglycemic carbohydrates (Brown rice, sweet potatoes). You can ON Gold Standard whey protein or ON Performance Whey.

20-100gms of dextrose can be taken postworkout. However, I personally don't take any postworkout carbs. Creatine is best taken post workout.
