Please advise the best way to reduce weight

Dear Sir, I am a 28 years old guy from kolkata, i am a having a good xontrol over eating habit and also do workout 3-4 days a week for about 30 min, my health dosenot seem to be reducing, kindly advise if i can add up something more to redece it further.   Thanks and regards, Gaurav

Have you heard or tried of HIIT traning?

It burns max calories in a limited amount of time have alook at this program where in all workouts rest times evrthing is all done and ready for u
