I want to know the complete supplementation stack like your pre/post workout(if any).What you eat?

Your complete supplemnt should have six things.

1. Whey protein

2. Creatine

3. Multivitamin

4. Omega 3

5. Casein

6. BCAA

If i talk about supplement stack for pre/ post workout so it contains 6 things - Preworkout , BCAA, multivitamin,fish oil,whey protein , glutamine
