I am 42 years weight 95, height 6 feet, do almost 75 to90 minutes work out daily, taking on creatine, , dymatize bcaa, dymatize casein and whey. I want to know that now should I go for whey protein concentrate or whey protein isolate. My goal are still loosing weight and lean muscle gain. I have shaded 12kg weight in past 18 months.
