Please help me for getting into shape .

​I've narrow shoulders but have more fat at chest , around stomach & in thighs . I'm unable to work for upper body as one of my shoulder is dislocated . i brought an incredio milk shake & muscleblaze first whey .

Hi Naveen,

Just focus on excercises like machine chest press which takes the shoulders out of the equation for chest excercises. Get regular check ups by the physiotherapist and don't forget to focus on lower body as well.
