Plz tell me is it safe to take a cup of green tea before my workout early in the morning (empty stomach)..

sir i m taking a cup of green tea early in the morning so plz tell me is it safe to take empty stomach or not.. or what is the right time to drink green tea.. and what should i take before my workout empty stomach.. i want lean muscles..

Taking green tea or black coffee before workout is fine, but you should not start your day with any tea or coffee as the body is in fasting since past 8-10 hours. If you would have been working out in the evening, then you could take green tea before that. But in the morning, take some complex carbohydrate food like apple or milk oats etc as it provides gradual energy to the body during your workout.
