Protein or mass gainer for muscle gain? and approx how many scoops in a day.

Hi,   I am on gaining phase now days. Taking 6-7 diets in a day including (12 eggs + half chicken + 5 scoops protien) still not able to see much gain... In 1 month just gained 4 Kgs. (I am 90 kg now -- biceps : 14.5 --- looking forward for 17inch). looking forward to gain big muscle please share some quick tips.   Cheers! VS
