Protein powder for good health

I am 25 yrs old. I am taking muscleblaze multivitamins and fish oil. Can i take muscleblaze protein powder. i am not working out in gym

Hi Nishant,

Your details is not available,I will suggest you to start working out, then only you can comsume whey protein and build your muscle. If you are not working out then you don't need to consume as many calories or proteins. The short answer is, the excess protein will eventually turn into fat. When you have an excessive amount of protein intake, then you start placing a larger burden on the liver  and the kidneys, as well as being converted to glucose and ketones in the body
