Q1. i am a fitness enthusiast and has been working out since long but i have not been able to gain muscle that i wanted.

1  Hi John

If you have been working so long and not getting results , so there are possibilties that you are over trainig your body, as it breakdowns your muscle tissues, and if you donn't follow proper diet and supplenments , there won't be any recovery and it will hamper your muscle growth. 

So i suggest you to follow a high protein diet, include wheyprotein, BCAA, glutamine, Also along with that include multi vitamin and omega 3 fatty acid in your diet.
