HI.. i am skinny body type and i want to gain weight but there is lots of product in market so i confused which is best and no too much costlty and not increase my face fat.
I have been working out for more than 2 years now. While i used to see grwoth but i think i have certainly hit a plateau when it comes to bench press.
I had come across a plan online which had suggested me to train to failure. What does that mean? is it even the right way to train?
It's just so confusing. How does one know how many reps should one do. I mean, is there any standard for it or it depends on an individual.
How different is compund exercise to an isolation exercise. How do i know if i should do both. Also is it different for a beginner, intermediate or an advanced user?
Can someone pls guide me on the difference between a full body routine or a split routine. I have been working out for about 6 months now so i want to understand which schedule should i follow if i want to take my entire routine to the next level.
