Reducing lower belly fat

Hii, It's great writing to you, I just like to know best possible way to reduce fat around belly. Mainly under belly. Workout/ diet tell me best thing to get ripped there. Thanks

You need to do proper training and diet ,in training - once you hit the gym you need to do warm up for 10 mins then one muscle weight training then 20 min of cardio at last to burn out the fatty acids and do leg training twice in a week for lower ab, moreover in diet you need to take 1800 kcal with cut down of simple carbs ,sugar n salt.
