Reducing tummy fat while gaining muscles

i m 28 and i m a banker mostly i have to do desk job so tummy fat is my problem my weight is 76 and hight is 172cm.. what kind of work out i should go for. pls suggest diet plan and work out

Hi Uday,

As per your hight your weight should be around 72kg. Your can reduce your fat % and specially your belly by taking good diet and workout. Take High protein and high Fiber in your diet. Do your workout 5-6 days in a week. 15-20 min cardio post weight training. Proper workout schedule you can follow Celebrity schedule. Take Whey isolate protein, Garcinia Cambogia(1 caps before each major meal) Apple Cider Vinegar ( 30ml empty stomach).
